You can also drill down on each day to see a "Daily View" report of all tasks and notes together. The "Monthly View" gives you a high-level report of all Key Dates happening each month, such as closing dates, contingency dates, Form 17 deadlines, etc.
· Week Ahead - The Week Ahead is a customized pipeline report that shows scheduled tasks and Key Dates for the coming week - organized from all your current files. This report is sent to you every Friday at the close of the business week. The Week Ahead is designed to give you a heads-up on your coming week, including Anniversary Dates of closed files.
· Week-In-Review - The Week-In-Review report is an historical record of your past week's pipeline activity, delivered to your email box every Friday at the close of business. In it, you can review every task performed the past week by your personal Transaction Coordinator, including calls, notes, emails, faxes, and more. Use the Week-In-Review to conveniently stay "in the loop" of your pipeline activity.
· Document Viewing All relevant transaction documents are stored digitally for convenient access. In each individual file, you'll find all Addendums, P&S Agreements, Commission Disbursement Forms, Title Reports, and more. One click opens the document in your web browser. From here, you can view, print, or email any document you choose. All documents are stored perman> ently with your transactions. Note: The Document Viewer is available only on transactions closed through Escrow Partners.
